Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Bunny Affair. We value your patronage and aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms outlined below, along with our Privacy Policy.

All Sales Are Final

Each item at Bunny Affair is printed or made on demand specifically for you, making returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind or incorrect ordering impractical. Please carefully review size charts and item descriptions before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products. You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives faulty or damaged.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags.

Proof of purchase is required, along with photographic evidence of the fault or damage.

Initiating a Return: 

Please email us at bunnyaffair@outlook.com with your receipt, photographic evidence of the issue, and your reason for return. Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back to us. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from returns, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, among others. Please contact us for further clarification if needed.

Sale Items 

Regular priced items may be refunded; however, sale items are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for banks to process refunds.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable period, check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. For further assistance, reach out to us at bunnyaffair@outlook.com 

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at bunnyaffair@outlook.com for assistance.

Gifts

If your purchase was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
